Ingredients
- 8 oz 225 g sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz 225 g brick cheese, shredded (or mix with more cheddar)
- 4 oz 115 g cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup 60 g butter, softened
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika optional, for subtle smokiness
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional, for a mild kick
- 2 –3 tbsp milk as needed for spreading consistency
- Chopped chives or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the Cheeses
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cheddar, brick, and cream cheese.
- Beat together with softened butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add Flavorings
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne.
- Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Adjust Consistency
- Gradually add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the spread reaches a soft, spreadable consistency.
