Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 200g ground meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- Breadcrumbs , for coating
- Oil , for frying
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel them and mash them.
- In a frying pan, cook the onion and garlic until golden brown.
- Add the ground beef and cook until thoroughly cooked.
- Add the paprika, cumin, salt and pepper, mix well.
- Form small balls with the mashed potatoes and make a hole in the center.
- Fill with the meat mixture and close the potatoes.
- Dip the potatoes in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Serve them hot.
