Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mash 1/2 of a ripe banana in a glass mold until smooth.
- Add the large egg and Greek yogurt to the mold and whisk until fully combined.
- Gradually mix in the oat flour until no lumps remain.
Baking
- Top the batter with chopped dark chocolate for the chocolate-banana cake, fresh raspberries and white chocolate for the raspberry cake, or fold in blueberries, lemon zest, and shredded coconut for the coconut cake.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the mold for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
