Ingredients
- 4Â large potatoes
- 300 grams of turkey breast
- 300 grams of chicken breast
- 1Â onion
- 2Â cloves of garlic
- 100 grams of grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Wash the potatoes and prick them with a fork. Bake them for 45 minutes or until tender.
- While the potatoes are cooking, chop the onion and garlic into small pieces. Sauté them in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
- Add the chopped turkey and chicken to the pan and cook until cooked through.
- Add the paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Once the potatoes are ready, cut them in half and scoop out some of the inside to make room for the filling.
- Mix the inside of the potatoes with the meat filling and add the grated cheese.
- Fill the potatoes with the mixture and bake them again for 15 minutes.
