Method

Preparation
  1. Wash and slice the celery stalks into thin pieces.
  2. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds or half-moons.
  3. Chop the dried cranberries into smaller pieces.
  4. Core the green apples and cube them into medium-sized pieces.
Assembly
  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the sliced celery, cucumber, chopped cranberries, and diced green apples.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey, stirring until well-mixed.
