Method

Preparation for Cheesy Herb Puff Pastry Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, minced garlic, feta, mozzarella, parsley, beaten egg, vinegar, chili sauce, ketchup, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, then cut it into 4-inch (10 cm) squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold the corners of each square to meet in the center, forming a triangle. Pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  6. Brush each triangle with beaten egg and sprinkle grated parmesan on top.
  7. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
