No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Dessert

Preparation
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add milk, sugar, and cocoa powder; stir until well combined and simmer.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped walnuts.
- Break the digestive biscuits into small pieces and fold them into the chocolate mixture.
- Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler; mix in vegetable oil until smooth.
- Stir raisins and dried cranberries into the melted white chocolate.
- Combine the white chocolate mixture with the biscuit mixture; fold to combine.
- Transfer to a prepared 9-inch square baking dish and smooth the top.
Chilling & Serving
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight until set.
- Once set, cut into squares or bars and serve chilled.
Notes
To enhance chocolate flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze for three months.
