¾ cup dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

2 tbsp unsalted butter or coconut oil

2 large eggs

¼ cup maple syrup or honey

⅔ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt

Optional: chocolate chips for topping


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch cake pan.

2. Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth. Let cool slightly.

3. Whisk in eggs, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, and vanilla.

4. Add cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.

5. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips.

6. Bake for 25–30 minutes. Let cool before serving.
