Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 can (397 g) of condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500 ml of whipping cream (minimum 35% fat content)

Instructions

  1. Beat the cold cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Mix the condensed milk with the vanilla and salt.
  3. Incorporate the cream with folding motions.
  4. Pour into a container, cover with film and freeze for 6 hours.
  5. Remove 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can add pieces of cookie, chocolate or nuts in step 3.
  • Use cream with at least 35% fat for better texture.
