Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients

- 1Â can (397 g) of condensed milk
- 2Â teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
- 1Â pinch of salt
- 500Â ml of whipping cream (minimum 35% fat content)
Instructions
- Beat the cold cream until soft peaks form.
- Mix the condensed milk with the vanilla and salt.
- Incorporate the cream with folding motions.
- Pour into a container, cover with film and freeze for 6 hours.
- Remove 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add pieces of cookie, chocolate or nuts in step 3.
- Use cream with at least 35% fat for better texture.
