An easy and delicious homemade recipe for preparing juicy hamburger meat, perfect for freezing or cooking on the spot.
Ingredients
- 400g of ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix and knead well until you obtain a uniform dough.
- Form small balls of the same size with the mixture.
- Flatten the balls with a press or a plate, forming discs of the desired thickness.
- Place each disc between plastic wrap or waxed paper and freeze if you are not going to use them immediately.
- To cook, remove the plastic and place the frozen disc directly on the hot pan or griddle.
- Cook on both sides until golden brown and fully cooked inside.
Notes
- Use meat with at least 30% fat to achieve a juicier burger.
- You can substitute the breadcrumbs with ground oats or gluten-free cookies.
- Do not press down on the burgers while they are cooking to retain the juices.
- Freeze the burgers in separate layers to prevent them from sticking together.
