Ingredients
- 1 sachet (85 g) of flavored gelatin
- 2 sachets (14 g) of neutral gelatin
- 200-300 ml of water, juice, or milk
- 150-300 g of sugar
- A little neutral vegetable oil
Instructions
- Grease the molds with vegetable oil.
- Hydrate the neutral gelatin with water and let it rest.
- Heat the liquid with the sugar without boiling.
- Add the gelatin and mix until well dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the molds and let it cool.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours until set.
- Remove from the mold and, if desired, coat with sugar.
Notes
- Use natural juices for more flavor.
- You can substitute sugar with sweeteners.
- Agar-agar is ideal for a vegan version.
