A creamy and easy-to-prepare fruit salad with condensed milk and half cream, perfect for celebrations or fresh desserts.


Ingredients

  • 200 g of condensed milk
  • 300 ml of half cream
  • 3 apples, peeled and diced
  • 3 carrots, peeled and grated
  • 1 can (200 g) of pineapple in syrup, drained and chopped
  • Raisins and walnuts to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the apples. Sprinkle them with lemon juice to prevent them from oxidizing.
  2. Grate the carrots finely.
  3. Drain the pineapple in syrup well and cut it into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, beat the condensed milk with the half cream until you get a smooth mixture.
  5. Combine the fruits, raisins, and nuts in a large bowl.
  6. Add the creamy mixture to the fruit and mix with folding motions.
  7. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
