
Flourless Chocolate Cottage Cheese Cheesecake – 8 High-Protein Chocolate Slices
Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
3 large eggs
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, melted

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
2. Add cottage cheese, eggs, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender or food processor.
3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
4. Add melted chocolate chips and blend again until fully incorporated.
5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the center is just set.
7. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly open for 15 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven and cool completely at room temperature.
9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture.
10. Slice and serve with your favorite toppings.
