Ingredients

1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling

1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Spread the lemon pie filling evenly in the baking dish.

3. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the filling without stirring.

4. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix.

5. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

6. Cool for 10 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Do not stir the layers.

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 5 days.
