🧾 Ingredients

🍰 For the brownies:

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter (melted) or oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)

🍫 For the chocolate ganache:

  • 1 cup chocolate (chopped)
  • ½ cup heavy cream

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare batter

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth
  • Add eggs, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla
  • Mix well

2. Add dry ingredients

  • Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt
  • Mix until smooth batter forms
  • Fold in chopped nuts

3. Bake

  • Pour batter into a greased square pan

  • Heat cream until warm

  • Spread evenly
