Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almonds

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
  2. Remove the avocado pulp and cut it into cubes.
  3. Add the banana, avocado, milk, and almonds to the blender.
  4. Blend for 1-2 minutes until you get a smooth texture.
