An easy and delicious homemade recipe for preparing juicy hamburger meat, perfect for freezing or cooking on the spot.


Ingredients

  • 400g of ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove of chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix and knead well until you obtain a uniform dough.
  3. Form small balls of the same size with the mixture.
  4. Flatten the balls with a press or a plate, forming discs of the desired thickness.
  5. Place each disc between plastic wrap or waxed paper and freeze if you are not going to use them immediately.
  6. To cook, remove the plastic and place the frozen disc directly on the hot pan or griddle.
  7. Cook on both sides until golden brown and fully cooked inside.

Notes

  • Use meat with at least 30% fat to achieve a juicier burger.
  • You can substitute the breadcrumbs with ground oats or gluten-free cookies.
  • Do not press down on the burgers while they are cooking to retain the juices.
  • Freeze the burgers in separate layers to prevent them from sticking together.
