Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 300 grams of turkey breast
  • 300 grams of chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 grams of grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Wash the potatoes and prick them with a fork. Bake them for 45 minutes or until tender.
  3. While the potatoes are cooking, chop the onion and garlic into small pieces. Sauté them in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
  4. Add the chopped turkey and chicken to the pan and cook until cooked through.
  5. Add the paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Once the potatoes are ready, cut them in half and scoop out some of the inside to make room for the filling.
  7. Mix the inside of the potatoes with the meat filling and add the grated cheese.
  8. Fill the potatoes with the mixture and bake them again for 15 minutes.
