A creamy and easy-to-prepare fruit salad with condensed milk and half cream, perfect for celebrations or fresh desserts.
Ingredients
- 200 g of condensed milk
- 300Â ml of half cream
- 3Â apples, peeled and diced
- 3Â carrots, peeled and grated
- 1Â can (200 g) of pineapple in syrup, drained and chopped
- Raisins and walnuts to taste
Instructions
- Peel and dice the apples. Sprinkle them with lemon juice to prevent them from oxidizing.
- Grate the carrots finely.
- Drain the pineapple in syrup well and cut it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, beat the condensed milk with the half cream until you get a smooth mixture.
- Combine the fruits, raisins, and nuts in a large bowl.
- Add the creamy mixture to the fruit and mix with folding motions.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

- Use Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
- Add seasonal fruits to vary the recipe.
