A creamy and elegant gelatin, made with pecan nuts, cream cheese and two types of milk, ideal for celebrations or family desserts.
Ingredients
- 1Â can of condensed milk
- 1Â can of evaporated milk
- 1Â tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1Â packet of walnut-flavored gelatin
- 1 1/2Â cups pecans (some for garnish)
- 1 bar of cream cheese ( 190 g )
- 4Â tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
- ½ cup of water
Instructions
- Prepare the walnut-flavored gelatin according to the package directions. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into cubes and set aside.
- Hydrate the gelatin in 1/2 cup of water for 5 minutes. Blend the walnuts, cream cheese, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla.
- Melt the gelatin without boiling it. Add it to the mixture and blend again.
- Grease a mold. Place the walnut gelatin cubes and pour the creamy mixture on top.
- Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or until completely set.
- Carefully unmold and decorate with the reserved walnuts.
Notes
- Use cream cheese at room temperature for a smoother texture.
- The gelatin should not be boiled, only dissolved.
- You can use individual molds for a special presentation.
