In a blender, combine the soaked peanuts, water, salt, turmeric, tapioca starch, fresh parsley, garlic, olive oil, and black ground pepper.

Blend the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.

Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook it over medium heat.

Stir constantly until the mixture thickens and has a cheese-like consistency, about 10-15 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Pour the cheese mixture into a mold or container of your choice.

Refrigerate for 5-6 hours or until firm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Experiment by adding your favorite herbs or spices for additional flavor.
