Preheat your oven to 360°F (180°C).

In a mixing bowl, mash the 2 medium bananas until smooth.

Add the egg, milk, oatmeal, baking powder, a pinch of salt, ground cinnamon, and chopped walnuts. Mix everything together until well combined.

Pour the mixture into mugs or ramekins.
Baking

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until set and slightly golden.

While the oatmeal is baking, mash the remaining 2 bananas in a separate bowl and mix in the unsweetened cocoa.

Once the oatmeal is done, take it out of the oven and top each serving with the banana-cocoa mixture and sliced strawberries before serving.
Notes
This recipe can be enjoyed warm for breakfast or as a snack. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the microwave. For added nutrition, top with nuts or seeds. Can freeze portions for later use.
