Gravy Sauce

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
  • 1 packet 1 oz onion soup mix
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Thickener (Optional)

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp cold water

Instructions

  • Season the Pork Chops

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear pork chops 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
  • Transfer to the slow cooker.
  • Make the Gravy Mixture
  • In a bowl, whisk together:
  • Chicken broth
  • Cream of mushroom soup
  • Onion soup mix
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Paprika
  • Slow Cook
  • Pour gravy mixture over pork chops in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook:
