- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika optional, for smoky flavor
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- ½ cup barbecue sauce your favorite brand or homemade
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp chili flakes optional, for heat

Prepare the Ribs

Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
