Instructions
-
Prep the Ribs

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

Remove the silver skin/membrane from the back of the ribs (optional, but helps tenderness).
-
Rub the ribs evenly with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
-
Wrap & Bake
-
Place ribs on a large sheet of aluminum foil, meat side up.
-
Wrap tightly to form a sealed packet.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 2–2.5 hours until the meat is tender and pulls slightly from the bone.
-
Make the BBQ Sauce
-
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine all BBQ sauce ingredients.
-
Stir until the sugar dissolves and the sauce is smooth.
-
Simmer 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

Broil for Finish
-
Carefully unwrap the ribs and brush a generous layer of BBQ sauce over the meat.
-
Preheat your oven’s broiler or set to 425°F (220°C).
-
Broil or bake for 5–10 minutes, watching closely, until the sauce caramelizes and is sticky.

Serve
-
Let ribs rest for 5 minutes before slicing between bones.
-
Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side, coleslaw, or your favorite sides.
