Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 500 grams of asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the honey and mustard.
  3. Spread the mixture over the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken on a baking tray.
  5. Clean the asparagus and mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Distribute around the chicken.
