Preheat

Oven: 200°C (400°F)

OR preheat grill to medium heat.

Prepare the Packets

Cut 4 large sheets of aluminum foil.

Lightly grease each with oil or butter.

Build the Layers

For each packet:

Add a layer of potatoes and carrots.

Top with a portion of ground beef (shaped into a patty or crumbled).

Add onions and bell peppers.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Season evenly with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Seal the Packets

Fold the foil tightly into sealed packets.

Leave a little space inside for steam circulation.

Cook
-
Oven:
-
Place packets on a baking tray.

Bake for 35–45 minutes until potatoes are tender and meat is fully cooked.

Grill / Campfire:

Cook over medium heat for 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway.

Finish & Serve
-
Carefully open packets (watch out for steam).
-
Sprinkle with cheese and let it melt for 1–2 minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
