Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 biscuits
- ¾ lb 340 g ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional: 1 tablespoon ketchup or burger sauce for filling

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess grease.

Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch circle.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cooked beef into the center of each dough round. Add a pinch of mozzarella and Parmesan, plus a little ketchup or burger sauce if using.

Pull the dough edges up around the filling and pinch firmly to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, parsley, and Italian seasoning. Brush the tops of each dough ball generously.
