- 3 cups 720 ml chicken broth
- 1 cup 240 ml heavy cream
- 2 medium potatoes peeled and diced small

- 1 cup chopped kale or spinach
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional
