👨🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
1️⃣ Season the Salmon

Pat salmon dry with paper towel.

Season both sides with:

Black pepper

Paprika
-
👉 Dry fish gives a crispy golden crust.
2️⃣ Pan-Sear the Salmon

Heat olive oil + butter in a pan on medium-high heat.

Place salmon skin side down first.

Cook for 4–5 minutes without moving.

In the same pan:
