  • 1 cup heavy cream About 240ml

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded About 100g
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • Olive oil For sautéing

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and sauté until cooked through.
  4. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and sauce mixture.
  7. Pour into a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
  9. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For added crunch, sprinkle some breadcrumbs on top before baking. Experiment with different herbs like thyme or rosemary for a flavor twist. You can use shrimp or vegetables instead of chicken for a different protein or a vegetarian option. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
