Ingredients
Chicken
- 2 large chicken breasts about 500g, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika optional
Noodles
- 250 g egg noodles or pasta of choice
Creamy Sauce
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 small onion finely diced
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- Salt & pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley chopped
Instructions

Cook the Noodles

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
