Enjoy some delicious and healthy canned potatoes, seasoned with fresh herbs and pepper.
Ingredients
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 2Â red peppers
- 3 tablespoons of mixed herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary)
- 1 liter of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- We peel and cut the potatoes into uniform pieces.
- We cut the peppers into strips.
- In a pot, bring the water to a boil with the salt and pepper.
- Add the potatoes and cook over medium heat until tender.
- Add the peppers and herbs, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool before packaging.
