- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter for the pan
