Ingredients
- 1Â ripe banana
- 1Â medium cooked and peeled beetroot
- 1Â cup of fresh strawberries, washed and without leaves
- 1Â cup of cold water or plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
- Ice to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
- Wash the strawberries well and remove the leaves.
- Cut the cooked beetroot into pieces.
- Place all the ingredients in the blender.
- Blend at high speed until you get a smooth mixture.
- Serve immediately, with ice if desired. Strain if you prefer a thinner consistency.

- The beetroot should be pre-cooked for a better texture.
