Beetroot, Strawberry and Banana Juice

A natural, easy-to-prepare and nutrient-rich drink, ideal for fighting anemia and regaining energy during the day.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 medium cooked and peeled beetroot
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, washed and without leaves
  • 1 cup of cold water or plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
  • Ice to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
  2. Wash the strawberries well and remove the leaves.
  3. Cut the cooked beetroot into pieces.
  4. Place all the ingredients in the blender.
  5. Blend at high speed until you get a smooth mixture.
  6. Serve immediately, with ice if desired. Strain if you prefer a thinner consistency.

  • The beetroot should be pre-cooked for a better texture.
  • Lemon juice is optional but enhances the flavor.
  • Plant-based milk can be used for a creamier version.
