Baked Chicken with Potatoes in Cheese Sauce: Delicious and Easy Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of chicken
  • 500g of potatoes
  • 200 ml of heavy cream
  • 100g of grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and place them in a container.
  3. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the potatoes. Mix well.
  4. Place the chicken pieces on a baking tray and distribute the potatoes around them.
  5. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream with the grated cheese and pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
