Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the oat flakes, raisins, walnuts, and dried apricots.

In a separate bowl, mash the banana until smooth and mix it into the oat mixture until well combined.

Melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm to the touch.

Cut into bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
