Ingredients 
- 3 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
- ¼ cup powdered peanut butter (PB2)
- 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions 
Prepare the Pan
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish or container with parchment paper.
Melt the Chocolate
Add chocolate chips, powdered peanut butter, and maple syrup to a microwave-safe bowl.
Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Add the Cereal
Pour the crispy rice cereal into the chocolate mixture.
Stir gently until every piece is coated.
Press into the Pan
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.
Press down firmly with the back of a spoon.
Chill
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
Slice & Serve
Cut into 12 bars or squares.
