Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 large eggs

2 medium apples grated or chopped

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 175°C

2. Blend oats into fine flour texture

3. Whisk Greek yogurt eggs vanilla and apples

4. Mix in oat flour cinnamon baking powder and salt

5. Pour batter into prepared cake pan

6. Top with apple slices if desired

7. Bake 32-35 minutes

8. Cool before slicing
