Banana Scones (3 Ingredients, No Eggs, No Dairy)
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 cup dairy-free milk (almond, oat, or soy)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Mash the bananas until smooth.
3. Mix in the self-rising flour.
4. Gradually add the dairy-free milk until a soft dough forms.
5. Pat into a 1-inch thick circle and cut into wedges.
6. Place on a lined baking tray.
7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until lightly golden.
8. Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for the sweetest flavor.
Do not overmix the dough.
Add cinnamon or dairy-free chocolate chips if desired.
Best enjoyed warm.
