Method

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the oats, cashews, pitted dates, plant milk, and optional alcohol. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a freezer-safe container. Make sure to leave some space at the top, as it will expand while freezing.
  3. Place the container in the freezer and let it freeze for a few hours or until set.
  4. Once fully frozen, scoop the oat ice cream into bowls or cones.

Notes
