Nut and Flax Seed Balls
  • 50 g raisins
  • 100 g dried apricots
  • 50 g toasted walnuts
  • 50 g toasted hazelnuts
  • 60 g toasted peanuts
  • 30 ml date syrup, maple syrup, or honey
  • 15-25 g flax seeds for rolling
Cocoa and Plum Energy Bites
  • 140 g prunes
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 200 g toasted walnuts (150 g crushed, 50 g chopped for coating)
Walnut and Blueberry Bites
  • 150 g toasted walnuts
  • 120 g pitted dates packed
  • 80 g dried blueberries
  • 50 g chopped walnuts for coating
Nut and Chia Seed Snacks
  • 120 g pitted dates packed
  • 40 g toasted hazelnuts
  • 40 g toasted cashews
  • 15 g chia seeds
  • 15 g toasted sesame seeds

Method

Preparation for all recipes
  1. Prepare all dried fruits by chopping them as necessary.
  2. Use a food processor to blend the main fruits into a sticky paste for each recipe.
Energy Balls and Treats
  1. Mix in the ground nuts or seeds according to each recipe.
  2. Form the mixture into balls using hands.
  3. Roll in additional seeds or nuts if desired.
