Crispy Cheesy Air-Fried Cabbage: A Quick Side Dish

Method

 

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting the cabbage into wedges or thick slices.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the cabbage wedges.
  3. Sprinkle the black pepper, garlic, paprika flakes, ground coriander, and salt over the cabbage.
  4. Place a small amount of water at the bottom of the air fryer basket.
  5. Arrange the seasoned cabbage in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the cabbage at 170°C (338°F) for about 20 minutes, checking at the 10-minute mark and tossing gently.
  2. Once the cabbage is ready, sprinkle the grated cheese generously over the top and air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve the delicious air-fried cabbage with melted cheese hot and enjoy!

Notes

Adjust spice levels as desired and consider adding lemon juice for a zesty twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
