
3-Ingredient Feta Bakes
Serve it straight from the oven and let everyone break into the soft, golden feta along with the infused olive oil. It pairs nicely with fresh vegetables like cucumbers, bell peppers, or tomatoes, and also goes well with grilled meats or a light  salad. Add  bread or crackers if you want something to soak up the seasoned oil.
3-Ingredient Baked Feta
Ingredients
- 16 oz block feta  cheese, drained and patted dry
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1½ teaspoons dried oregano
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven
Set the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare the cheese
Pat the feta dry and cut it into 4 equal pieces. Arrange them in a small baking dish with a bit of space between each piece.
3. Add oil and seasoning
Drizzle the olive oil over the feta and sprinkle evenly with oregano.
4. Bake
Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the edges turn lightly golden and the center becomes soft.
5. Optional finishing step
For extra color, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
6. Rest and serve
Let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Spoon the warm, herbed oil over the feta when serving.
