3-Ingredient Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops about 1–1.5 inches thick
  • 1 packet 1 oz / 28g ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can 10.5 oz / 300g condensed cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  • Layer the Pork
  • Place the pork chops in a single layer at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • Add Seasoning
  • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the pork chops.
  • Add the Soup
  • Spread the condensed cream of chicken soup over the top. No need to add water.
  • Slow Cook
  • Cover and cook:
  • LOW for 4–5 hours for the most tender result
  • or HIGH for 2.5–3 hours
  • The pork should be fork-tender and cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Serve
  • Spoon the creamy sauce over the pork chops before serving.
