Ham and Swiss Biscuit Sliders

Ingredients

For the Sliders

  • 1 can 16.3 oz / 460g refrigerated biscuit dough (8 large biscuits)
  • 12 thin slices deli ham about 12 oz / 340g
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese cut in half (or 1 ½ cups shredded Swiss)

For the Butter Glaze

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp honey optional, for slight sweetness
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds optional
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley optional

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prepare
  • Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Shape the Biscuits
  • Separate the biscuit dough.
  • Slice each biscuit horizontally in half to create top and bottom pieces (you’ll have 16 halves total).
  • Assemble the Sliders
  • Place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  • Layer each with:
  • Folded ham slices
  • Half a slice of Swiss cheese
  • Add the biscuit tops.
  • Make the Butter Glaze
  • In a small bowl, whisk together:
  • Melted butter
  • Dijon mustard
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Honey
  • Garlic powder
  • Brush generously over the tops of the biscuits.
  • Sprinkle with poppy seeds and parsley if using.
  • Bake
  • Bake uncovered for 15–18 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • If tops brown too quickly, loosely tent with foil.
  • Rest & Serve
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm for best texture and flavor.
