Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz / 225 g can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 12 mini beef or chicken sausages cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sesame seeds optional
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Unroll the dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to create long strips.
  • Wrap each sausage piece by rolling it inside one dough strip, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the tip.
  • Place on baking tray seam-side down, leaving space between each roll.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush lightly over each roll.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and paprika if using.
  • Bake 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let rest 3 minutes before serving.
