Walnut gelatin with cream cheese

A creamy and elegant gelatin, made with pecan nuts, cream cheese and two types of milk, ideal for celebrations or family desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 packet of walnut-flavored gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans (some for garnish)
  • 1 bar of cream cheese ( 190 g )
  • 4 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
  • ½ cup of water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the walnut-flavored gelatin according to the package directions. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into cubes and set aside.
  2. Hydrate the gelatin in 1/2 cup of water for 5 minutes. Blend the walnuts, cream cheese, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla.
  3. Melt the gelatin without boiling it. Add it to the mixture and blend again.
  4. Grease a mold. Place the walnut gelatin cubes and pour the creamy mixture on top.
  5. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or until completely set.
  6. Carefully unmold and decorate with the reserved walnuts.

Notes

  • Use cream cheese at room temperature for a smoother texture.
  • The gelatin should not be boiled, only dissolved.
  • You can use individual molds for a special presentation.
