Ingredients
- 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cooked and chopped turkey bacon
- 1Â chopped onion
- 2Â cloves of chopped garlic
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1Â French roll
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken, bacon, onion, garlic, cheese, mayonnaise, and oregano.
- Cut the bread in half lengthwise and remove some of the inside to make room for the filling.
- Fill the bread with the chicken and bacon mixture.
- Place the bread on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, cut into portions and serve.
