Enjoy some delicious baked meatballs, perfect for any occasion. Combined with cheese and potatoes, they’re an easy-to-prepare dish that everyone will love
Ingredients
- 500g of ground meat
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1Â egg
- 2Â cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1Â onion, chopped
- 100g of grated cheese
- 3Â potatoes, peeled and diced
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, cheese, salt, and pepper
- Form the meatballs with the mixture and place them on a baking tray.
- In another pot, cook the potatoes until tender. Drain and mix with parsley.
- Place the potatoes around the meatballs on the tray.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- The meatballs can be served with tomato sauce for extra flavor
- For a healthier option, you can use ground turkey instead of beef.
